This premium heart rate chest strap records running training, swimming training and many more of your units. It transmits heart rate data in real time via ANT + ® and Bluetooth® Low Energy. You will receive consistently precise heart rate data on your Garmin device, in online training apps such as Zwift or even on compatible fitness equipment in the gym.

In addition to your heart rate, the HRM-Pro records running efficiency values that can help you improve your form. This includes data such as vertical movement, ground contact time, step length, vertical ratio and many more.

Storage of your workouts. Even without a Garmin device.

If your watch is out of range while swimming or doing other activities, heart rate data is saved on the device. When the activity is complete, the data is then sent to the watch. Information on the number of steps, calories and intensity minutes are also saved and synchronized.
