PureGrip Compound - the excellent compound technology
On the basis of the activated silica compound, a single-minded approach was taken towards a mixture technology in the performance segment. The result of the Korbach research and development department, after intensive development effort, produced a new compound technology with excellent grip and cross-country skiing properties. The new rubber compound with the self-explanatory name "PureGrip" joins Continenal's BlackChili Compound and is used in performance products in the race and mountain bike segments. Here it ensures long-lasting traction and high mileage of Continental tires, which are manufactured exclusively in the production facility in Hefei (Asia).

ShieldWall system
The ShieldWall system combines the optimal combination of high puncture protection and the best smooth running with low weight. This is made possible by an additional, all-round puncture protection layer, which consists of a finely woven cross fabric. This gives the tire a high level of resistance to punctures and injuries. Despite the additional layer, the tire has very good damping properties and is highly flexible so that it can be perfectly adapted to the ground. The revolutionary tubeless ready foot enables easy and uncomplicated assembly of the tire. Conti Revo-Sealant seals reliably.

E25 - E-bike capable
For e-bike tires, Continental can draw on over 100 years of experience in moped and motorcycle tires. All city / trekking tires reach at least the standard up to 25 km / h. The tires marked with E50 are also approved for S-Pedelecs. With their high-quality construction, they have a high level of puncture protection, low rolling resistance and protection against premature wear due to the additional driving force.
