The ergonomically shaped back padding of the Contact System nestles against the back and distributes the weight of the load evenly. On the one hand, this protects the back and ensures comfort, on the other hand, loads are easiest to carry close to the body. Spaces between the upholstery are used for pleasant ventilation, as is the breathable, robust 3D Airmesh cover.

100D PA ripstop
Very light polyamide fabric with 100D strength. The relatively thin but resistant material is characterized by a narrow ripstop structure and thus maintains its stability. The textile is PU-coated in the usual Deuter quality and has a water column of at least 1500mm.
